Founded in 1986, the Stark County Real Estate Investors' Association is an Ohio non-profit organization dedicated to providing real estate investment education and networking opportunities to its members, for the purpose of improving the business of owning, operating, or investing in real estate ... and in turn improving the Stark County area. We are members of the Ohio Real Estate Investors' Association (OREIA) as well as the National Real Estate Investors' Association (NaREIA).

Mission Statement: The Stark County Real Estate Investors' Association is a non–profit organization dedicated to providing real estate investment education and networking opportunities to its members, for the purpose of improving the business of owning, operating, or investing in real estate…and in turn improving the Stark County area.

Vision Statement: As we build coalitions with industry related affiliates, and through our collaborative and cooperative engagement with government and social entities, Stark County Real Estate Inventors' Association will strive to accomplish our common real estate goals and objectives. As the premier resource center in the Stark County area, we will offer the programs and education necessary to facilitate the success of our members. Representing a significant and influential number of real estate investors in Stark County, our membership will have a positive impact on the housing industry of our community.

The success of Stark County Real Estate Investors' Association is directly proportional to membership involvement in various committees. The committees provide support, set standards, and develop successful programs and services for the membership. Members are, ideally, to be involved in Committee work as a first step to becoming a Trustee.
