Please supply information on residential rental property registration.
Ohio Revised Code Section 5323.02, recently enacted by the State Legislature, requires the owners of residential rental property to file with the county auditor of the county in which the property is located the residential property address, residential property permanent parcel number, and year the unit(s) were built (if dwelling units are leased or otherwise rented to tenants) together with the residential property owner name, address, and phone number.
