The General Assembly has been on recess since the completion of the budget process, which was completed and signed by June 30^th. While the General Assembly has been on recess though, OREIA has been working behind the scenes on many pieces of legislation.

There was a new House Bill introduced into the Ohio House, HB 161, and assigned to House Commerce & Labor Committee. HB 161 was sponsored by Rep. Jim Raussen (R) from District #28 (Springdale/Hamilton County).
