Description of Benefits:

  1. Regular Membership Included: Each Vendor Member will receive one regular membership. BENEFIT TO THE VENDOR: ability to enjoy full membership benefits. Value: $99 Each
  2. Additional Guest Pass: Each Vendor Member will receive additional guest passes, which they may transfer to other employees, customers, or clients.  BENEFIT TO THE VENDOR: ability to use passes as a gift or incentive. Value: $10 Each/Month
  3. Table for Vendor Show: Each Vendor will have the opportunity to set up a table at the Annual Vendor Show free of charge. BENEFIT TO THE VENDOR: Put product or service in front of hundreds of potential customers during the event. Value: $100
  4. Corporate Table: Each Vendor will have the opportunity to place literature on our Corporate table. ONLY VENDOR MEMBERS will be allowed to place information here; regular members can place business cards and flyers on our current table. BENEFITS TO THE VENDOR: ability to place more extensive literature at the main meeting. Value: Incalculable
  5. Sales Table and Presentation: Vendors at the highest levels will be allowed to set up a table and give a brief presentation at our regular monthly association meeting once or twice each year. BENEFIT TO THE VENDOR: ability to meet and greet members, display wares, be seen and describe products or service. Value: Incalculable.
  6. Newsletter Advertising Included: With each Vendor Membership, a certain amount of free advertising in our newsletter The Tenet will be included. The advertising must be provided to the newsletter editor by the monthly deadline and must be camera-ready. BENEFITS TO THE VENDOR: ability to receive repeated exposure to general membership. Value: $90 - $600.
  7. Copy of The Tenet Newsletter: Each Vendor Member will receive our SCREIA newsletter on a monthly basis. BENEFIT TO THE VENDOR: ability to stay current on association activities. Value: Incalculable.
  8. Membership Notebook: Each Vendor Member will receive a Membership Notebook. BENEFITS TO THE VENDOR: includes membership list, lease and rental forms, and a variety of useful information. Value: Incalculable.
  9. Free Trade, Swap, and Sell listing in The Tenet: Each Vendor Member can advertise their personal real estate in the newsletter. BENEFIT TO THE VENDOR: free real estate exposure to our investors. Value: Incalculable.
  10. Use of SCREIA Library: Each Vendor Member will have free use of SCREIA library. BENEFIT TO THE VENDOR: the SCREIA library contains materials of many national speakers. Value: Incalculable.
  11. Newsletter Article: At the highest levels, each Vendor Member will be able to provide a short article about their company or service in The Tenet. BENEFIT TO THE VENDOR: added credibility and access to members. Value: Incalculable.
  12. Event Sponsorship: Certain events (picnic, weekend sessions, dinners, Vendor Show) will have a corporate sponsor. Sponsor will be asked to provide door prize or refreshments. BENEFIT TO THE VENDOR: will be identified in literature, and will have the chance to speak briefly about the company's product or service. Value: Incalculable.
